Job Title: Senior Engineering Educator

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching and mentoring to Level 3 apprentices in Mechatronics pathway.
  • This includes teaching in classroom and workshop environments, guiding apprentices through mock end-point assessments, and working with other Learning coaches to embed skills and knowledge in the workplace.

We are seeking an experienced educator who can deliver engaging lessons, provide accurate feedback, and maintain positive working relationships with employers. The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification, relevant sector experience, and excellent written, oral, and presentational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver teaching commitments in classroom and workshop environments.
  • Manage caseload, carry out learner interventions, and maintain evidence for learning and funding.
  • Ensure 20% OJT requirements are met, learners achieve highest grades, and progress is tracked using OneFile.
