Job Description

As a Senior Engineering Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the heart of our busy operation, ensuring a 100% safety standard is embedded in everything you do. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining the site and site sortation system, accurately diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, and carrying out repair and improvement work across the site, plant, and equipment.

You will also ensure all work undertaken and equipment downtime are accurately recorded on our CMMS, to accurately communicate technical information and outstanding work to the other shifts and escalate issues to the relevant managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in general engineering principles and a proven track record of delivering high-quality maintenance services. You should hold an NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field or equivalent, and have good knowledge of machinery maintenance and repair.
