As a key member of our instructional staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of the next generation of engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide coaching, mentoring, and tutoring services to students pursuing an apprenticeship in engineering.

Your role will involve teaching both in the classroom and workshop settings, with a focus on delivering high-quality instruction that meets the needs of our students. You will work closely with other Learning Coaches to ensure that our students receive comprehensive support, from developing their knowledge and skills to applying them in real-world scenarios. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting progress reviews, updating stakeholders on student performance, and maintaining accurate records.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
