Able Personnel is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer for Technical Education to join our team. As an instructional designer, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering engaging educational content that meets the needs of our learners.

About the Role:

  • Curriculum Development: Design and deliver Level 3 Engineering Technician - Mechanical and Electrical pathways and Level 2 Foundation Competence in a classroom/workshop environment
  • Learner Engagement: Inspire and motivate learners to achieve qualifications on time

Your Profile:

  • A recognised teaching qualification such as Cert ed or assessor qualified such as TAQA, AVA, A1, D32/D33
  • A strong track record of effective teaching in subject specialism
