About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Professional to join our dynamic team at Howdens Joinery Ltd. As a Business Development Apprentice, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid on new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and close deals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
