About the Role

Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join their team in West London. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the property or hospitality industry. They will be responsible for providing outstanding service to residents, building strong relationships, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Face-to-face interaction with residents to build rapport and ensure they feel valued and supported.
  • Conduct viewings and tours of the property, showcasing its amenities and features.
  • Undertake pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections of communal areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Log receipt and collection of customer parcels, demonstrating attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Implement building security measures and resident administration procedures in line with GDPR guidelines.
  • Organize and host events for residents, fostering a sense of community and engagement.
  • Monitor and report Health and Safety tasks, prioritizing the well-being of residents and staff.
  • Perform administrative duties, generating reports and using software such as Microsoft/Windows to streamline processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in property or hospitality.
  • Awareness of H&S requirements on-site and ability to implement safety measures.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Flexible approach, willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Positive attitude, ability to go above and beyond for residents with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in common software, including Microsoft/Windows.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English and numeracy.
  • Desirable experience in event planning.
