About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Chef to join our team at Bournemouth East Cliff Premier Inn. As a Hotel Chef, you will be responsible for managing a team of culinary professionals and overseeing the preparation and service of our legendary Premier Inn breakfasts and classic dishes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and exceed their expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experience.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Chef or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
