About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at Libertine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion excellent service through quality food and maintain high standards of presentation and taste.
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering fantastic food every time and contribute to the development of new dishes and menus.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and daily specials, showcasing your creativity and ability.
  • Utilize your planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls on food costs and labor, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
  • Drive sales and deliver growth by engaging with both kitchen and front-of-house teams, promoting a positive and proactive approach to customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef, with a passion for producing high-quality food and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing menu requirements and kitchen operations.
  • A proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
