As a Sales Finance Business Partner at Muller Dairy, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives business growth through effective financial and commercial partnerships. Your role will involve providing critical support to the Sales Financial Controller, ensuring accurate financial data, and commercial forecasts are available to inform business decisions.

Your Key Challenges:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales Teams, providing financial and commercial insights to drive business success.
  • Manage Customer P&Ls, evaluating and developing individual customer business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Contribute to the Sales business review process, ensuring accurate analysis and informed decision-making.
  • Support the monthly promotional management process, analyzing pre- and post-promo evaluation results to optimize future promotions.
  • Resolve debt issues and address day-to-day queries from key contacts.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis, collaborating on Joint Business Plans and attending external customer meetings.
  • Ensure GO compliance, verifying financial commitments align with company policy.
  • Build strong relationships across commercial teams to influence decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Recognized Accounting qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
  • Ability to manage a wide-ranging stakeholder base
  • Able to work to tight deadlines with agility and proficiency
  • Time Management

  • Advice and support of strategic changes affecting sales and wider business
  • Ability to provide decision support & challenge to the commercial teams
