Your role as a Community Wellbeing Support Specialist at Peabody will involve working closely with residents to understand their immediate needs and deliver proactive and trauma-informed support to meet their holistic wellbeing requirements.

You will empower residents to manage their wellbeing needs by helping them develop and maintain skills and resilience to lead independent and fulfilled lives.

As a key member of our team, you will work predominantly in our North West London communities, with one day a week currently working from our Brent office.

Key responsibilities include working with the Allocations, Financial Inclusion and Neighbourhoods teams to provide peer support to colleagues and deliver frontline support and advice to vulnerable individuals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally, and have the ability to self-manage a diverse and varied caseload.

We offer a range of benefits, including 30 days' annual holiday, plus bank holidays, two additional paid volunteering days each year, and a flexible benefits scheme.

This role will require an Enhanced DBS check, a UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
