Personal Care Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Personal Care Coordinator to join our team at Disability Equality (NW) Ltd. The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to an individual with daily living tasks, enabling them to maintain independence and live a fulfilling life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Promote healthy eating habits by preparing nutritious meals.
- Manage household chores, such as cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Accompany the individual on outings, including social events and leisure activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Holds a full clean driving license and has access to a reliable vehicle.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.00-£15.00 per hour, depending on the day worked.
The employee will receive 5.6 weeks' holiday pay and be enrolled in a workplace pension scheme.
A DBS check is required and will be paid for by the employer if the candidate is successful.
