Job Overview

Lancashire County Council is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Senior Care Assistant to provide person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.

About Us

We operate 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres across Lancashire, providing care services to over 1,000 adults. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality care safely supporting older people, adults living with dementia, and their families, to live their life their way.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £24,404 - £25,183 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive induction programme, opportunities for career progression, and a supportive team environment.
