Job Summary:
A support worker is needed to assist an individual with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence in Clitheroe. This role involves personal care, meal preparation, and accompanying the individual to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Conduct light domestic duties, including cleaning and laundry.
  • Accompany the individual to appointments and social events.

Requirements:
  • No previous experience necessary, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • A full clean driving license and access to a vehicle are mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.50 per hour for Thursday-Saturday and £16.50 per hour for Sunday, along with 5.6 weeks' holiday pay and enrollment in a workplace pension scheme. A DBS check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
