Main Duties of the Job
  • Leadership and Management: Provide direction and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Risk Assessment and Compliance: Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure that all necessary procedures are in place to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Staff Development and Wellbeing: Support the development and wellbeing of staff, including appraisals, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Service Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of service operations, ensuring that all aspects of the Portering service are running efficiently.

The salary for this role is £27,169 - £30,067 per annum, pro rata.
