Job Title: Head of Financial Compliance

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Compliance Monitoring team in the UK and Ireland. As Head of Financial Compliance, you will be responsible for providing oversight and guidance on compliance matters across our organization.

About the Role:
  • Design and implement robust compliance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Manage and deliver compliance projects, ensuring timely and effective results.
  • Provide critical management information to senior management and the Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Contribute to the development of our Compliance Plan.
  • Collaborate with senior operational management to ensure compliance systems and controls remain effective.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in policy advisory, monitoring, remediation, or assurance roles within financial services or financial markets.
  • Strong knowledge of FCA requirements for investment, pension, and mortgage products.
  • Ability to apply regulatory judgment to internal and market information.
