">Salary: £25,100 per annum
">Job Summary:
">- To provide exceptional property maintenance advice to landlords and tenants.
- To handle all property management issues efficiently while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
- To maintain the key register and manage a database of contractors.
- To build relationships with lettings offices and coordinate end of tenancy and pre-tenancy work.
About You:
">- A proven track record in lettings or property management is essential.
- You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- You must be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
