Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Leadership and Development Specialist to join our team at Corndel Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships with senior decision makers at new NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards (ICB's) to launch new partnerships for Leadership, Data and Technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion to work with the NHS to enhance learning and development opportunities, upskill, retain, and diversify talent across the sector. You will also need to have a track record of achieving or exceeding financial targets, preferably in a solution-based role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building strategic relationships with senior decision makers at new NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards (ICB's)
  • Working closely with the Account Management team to ensure that programmes are delivered on time and a positive, ongoing partner relationship is secured
  • Recording and reporting on personal sales performance and supporting the NHS Director to forecast and plan effectively
Requirements

You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A strong understanding of the NHS and its challenges is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000-£50,000 per annum, plus significant bonus potential. We also offer a pension scheme, unlimited leave, and flexible working arrangements.
