Dementia Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is met.
Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will assist with daily living activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals. You will also help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, promoting their dignity and individuality at all times.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents alike. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of £19,000 - 20,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and access to a variety of benefits and services to support your physical and psychological well-being.
