**Job Summary**
Our client, a distinguished national recruitment agency situated in the city centre, is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to provide support at Partner level within their Real Estate team.
The ideal candidate will boast extensive experience in assisting senior stakeholders, fostering a dynamic environment within a forward-thinking team, where the successful candidate can shape and define their role.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing PA support to Senior Lawyers
- Being the first point of contact for the department fielding both internal and external queries
- Drafting correspondence and email responses
- Efficiently managing demanding diaries
- Organising meetings, encompassing document preparation
- Facilitating travel arrangements.
- Coordinating team social events.
- Handling invoicing and expense processing for the team.
- Managing billing.
- Undertaking general administrative duties, including document preparation.
This role will suit an experienced, professional PA from a real estate background and a desire to build a career within a positive supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, enthusiastic and proactive.
Requirements
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally educated to A-Level Standard
- Ability to deal confidently with a range of stakeholders.
