Job Description:

Gilbert Meher Ltd is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Bid Manager - Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing technical specifications and drawings to deliver accurate solutions, preparing detailed commercial bids, and supporting both Sales and Post-Sales Teams.

  • Salary: £40,000 per annum.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Interpret and respond to customer inquiries regarding project scope, schedules, drawings, and specifications.
    • Prepare precise quotations with estimates for custom equipment that complies with regulations, utilising component selection software and identifying cost-effective solutions to enhance gross profit.
    • Document and communicate project scope to Project Managers and internal departments once projects are secured, attending relevant meetings as needed.
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensure proper documentation, and provide technical support to clients and colleagues.
