We are seeking an experienced Service Team Manager to join our team at a prestigious main dealership in Epsom. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of our collection and delivery drivers to meet customer and workshop expectations.
- Ensure accurate and timely capture and loading of customer and vehicle data to our Kerridge DMS system.
- Oversee the processing of repair orders, ensuring they are completed to schedule and required standard.
- Verify invoicing accuracy and ensure timely completion.
- Take responsibility for subcontracted repairs and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
- High levels of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Background in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in using Kerridge automotive computer systems.
- Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and demands.
- Full driving license required.
