Service Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Team Leader to join our client, a well-established and successful Motor Dealer Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless after-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of service advisors and technicians to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement effective service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer retention.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of using Kerridge automotive computer system is essential.
