Service Team Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Team Manager to join our team at a prestigious main dealership in Epsom. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the service team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to customers.
  • Oversee the processing of repair orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge automotive computer systems and experience of using similar software.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to customer locations as required.
