As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our elderly customers, taking orders over the phone or via the internet, and making outbound courtesy calls to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Take telephone and internet orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to build relationships and promote our products
- Support drivers with route planning and ensure seamless delivery rounds
- Update customer records and liaise with customer relatives as required
- Provide exemplary service to each customer, demonstrating empathy, patience, and kindness
- Prepare promotional literature and communicate new product information to customers
- Search for new business opportunities and share best practices with colleagues
We are looking for an individual with a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident using a personal computer to manage orders and have a numerate and good written English standard. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
