About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Lidl in Deutschland.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Efficiently manage deliveries, restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Proactively maintain the bakery area, baking fresh goods and ensuring high-quality products are available for customers.
- Expertly merchandise and maintain the middle aisles of Non-Food products, ensuring a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate shopping experience.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and friendly approach.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude, with a drive to work hard and make a real difference in the store.
- A smile on your face and a friendly manner to inspire your team and help our customers.
