Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Trapeze Recruitment Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts in an allocated region, utilizing proven account management principles to nurture and grow the client base.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to plan and organize self to accomplish specific goals. Proven sales and business development experience is essential, as well as the ability to take initiative and make attempts to influence events to achieve goals.
This is a full-time office-based position, requiring the ability to drive. The company is based in a lovely rural setting, making it an attractive option for those looking for a peaceful work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office-based tele-sales focused on upselling and retention
- Responding to new opportunities efficiently and quickly
- Managing leads and pipeline
- Prioritizing work to ensure customer care is provided in line with client needs
- Sending quotations, samples, and organizing audits as required
- Preparing penetration reports for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively identifying challenges in your area before they become an issue for customers
- Reviewing the performance of your sales territory monthly with the Regional Account Manager
- Diary management and route planning
Remuneration and Benefits:
