Business Development Manager

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Crown Oil UK. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving sales growth in the fuels and lubricants sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales techniques and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Your key responsibilities will include managing and expanding a portfolio of accounts, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. You will also conduct market research to identify trends and insights in the fuels and lubricants industry and collaborate with management to develop strategies and attract new customers.
A minimum of two years' sales experience is required for this role, along with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment. The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
