SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Uniform Education. The successful candidate will work with students with special educational needs in a college setting, providing support and assistance to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs in a college environment
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery
- Provide individualized support to students as needed
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement support plans
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience and understanding when working with students who may require additional support
