Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants, driving sales growth, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and visual merchandising to create an engaging store environment.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with retail systems and technologies.
