About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to drive sales growth and provide exceptional customer experiences across our stores. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 100% compliance with company policies and processes.
  • Implement company decisions and take responsibility for their execution.
  • Seek advice from line managers and utilise team input when required.
  • Be well-organised and capable of planning efficiently to deliver results.

Requirements

  • Previous experience at Floor Manager level or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of the latest trends and competitors.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
