About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of new business, responding to inbound enquiries, managing and supporting existing accounts, and supporting marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Respond to a high volume of inbound enquiries and follow up with potential clients
- Manage and support existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and generate leads
- Compile proposals and deliver presentations to clients
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and compile results to improve customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a similar Business Development role, preferably in the facilities management sector
- A strong track record of achievement in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good MS Office skills
