About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of new business, responding to inbound enquiries, managing and supporting existing accounts, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Respond to a high volume of inbound enquiries and follow up with potential clients
  • Manage and support existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and generate leads
  • Compile proposals and deliver presentations to clients
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys and compile results to improve customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a similar Business Development role, preferably in the facilities management sector
  • A strong track record of achievement in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good MS Office skills
