Responsibilities- To provide high-quality clinical care to adult patients with complex mental health needs.
- To lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and reduce waiting times.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A CCT in General Adult Psychiatry or equivalent experience.
- Full registration with the General Medical Council.
- Eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register.
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
- 10% responsibility allowance for Adult Inpatient and Inpatient Specialist Services Role.
