Early Years Program Coordinator

The Nationwide Community Learning Partnership is a not-for-profit organisation that provides educational and welfare-based courses to support young people, parents, and parents-to-be. We are seeking a highly skilled Early Years Program Coordinator to join our team.
About the PositionThis role involves coordinating and delivering Family Learning and Caring for Children courses across Herefordshire. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to think holistically and develop strong relationships.
Job DescriptionCompany Overview: The Nationwide Community Learning Partnership provides educational and welfare-based courses to support young people, parents, and parents-to-be. Our ethos is centered around safeguarding and promoting the well-being of vulnerable adults and young people.
Salary: Pro rata salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Part-time work schedule: 30 hours per week over four days
Location: Travel opportunities across Herefordshire
Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver Family Learning and Caring for Children courses to families and parents across Herefordshire
- Support participants in building their confidence, motivation, skills, and relationships with their children
- Manage associated paperwork, ensuring it meets Awarding Body standards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to think holistically and develop strong relationships
- Empathy for participants and a patient approach
- Relevant qualifications and experience, including a teaching qualification and level 3 Early Years Qualification
- Maths and English at level 2
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
