**About the Early Years Practitioner Role**
- Permanent role, 2, 3 or 4 days per week, flexibility on days depending on applicants requirements.
- Working alongside two registered childminders in a home based setting in Credenhill
- Deliver the EYFS making sure all needs of children are met to the highest standard
- Communicate with parents and carers to meet the needs of children
- Responsible for carrying out planned activities
- Responsible for the children’s learning and development and complete observations
- Salary: £11.50-£13.00 per hour on a self employed basis

**Main duties of the Early Years Practitioner Role**
- To be responsible in supporting the day to day running of the Setting.
- To be flexible to ensure that the ratios are met.
- To provide a child-centred environment where children are cared for in a safe, caring and stimulating way that ensures their individual needs are met within a group setting.
- To take responsibility for quality assurance and compliance with all applicable legislation, including Health and Safety, within the Setting
- Ensuring a high standard of physical, personal, emotional, social and intellectual education and care for all children in the Setting.
- To ensure the implementation of the EYFS curriculum for all children 0-5 years.

**The Ideal Early Years Practitioner**:

- Must hold a minimum level 3 qualification in childcare
