As a seasoned professional in early years education, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursery staff in delivering exceptional care and education to children in Oxfordshire. With a strong background in EYFS principles and practices, you will plan and implement engaging learning activities that promote child development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team. A strong focus on assessment and recording children's progress will also be essential.

Responsibilities

  • To lead a team of nursery staff in achieving EYFS goals
  • To plan and deliver educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • To assess and record children's progress using observation and other assessment tools
