HFG Insurance Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Outcomes Manager. This position is a key part of our team, and we are looking for someone who can lead our efforts in ensuring consumer duty and compliance across our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consumer duty and ensure compliance across the business, including products and services, price and value, consumer understanding, and consumer support.
- Chair the Customer Committee to ensure effective oversight and decision-making.
- Oversee and ensure that our business is meeting the necessary standards and regulations.
Work Environment
This role will involve working from our office in Essex for 2-3 days a week, with the remainder of the time spent working from home. We offer a flexible and remote-friendly work environment that allows our team members to balance their work and personal life.
Requirements
