- Facilitate group work programs for parents, including Strengthening Families Strengthening Communities and Child Overcoming Domestic Abuse, empowering families through education and support.
- Safeguard the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults, taking appropriate actions when necessary.
- Provide practical and emotional support to families, offering advocacy and guiding them to specialist and universal services as needed.
Experience of working independently is essential, as is a recognised qualification in childcare, social work, social care, counselling, youth work or education. Additionally, experience of safeguarding and the escalation processes is highly desirable.
