Salary and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Education Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students in a mainstream primary school setting. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teaching staff with lesson planning and delivery
  • Supporting students with special educational needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress

You will also be expected to work closely with the teaching staff to ensure that students receive the best possible education.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, psychology)
  • Recent experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
