Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bromley. As a key member of the primary school staff, you will provide individualized support to students with various special educational needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and creativity to engage students in their learning journey. You will work closely with teachers to develop personalized lesson plans, promote student independence, and facilitate inclusive learning environments.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
