Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at William Grant & Sons. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing distributor changes, and analyzing trends to support commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide best-in-class customer service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Manage distributor changes, adhering to business guidelines and ensuring seamless transitions.
- Analyze trends and seasonal profiles to identify opportunities for improvement and advise commercial teams accordingly.
- Oversee shipments and cost per case, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and exceeding agreed targets.
- Support new product introductions, minimizing excess and obsolete stock, and ensuring alignment with commercial and marketing requirements.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.
- Proven experience in customer service, export coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with commercial teams.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in French is a plus, but not required.
