Job Overview

As a key member of the William Grant & Sons team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the commercial goals of the organization. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the commercial team to ensure seamless execution of distributor changes, while also analyzing market trends and seasonal profiles to inform demand planning.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support Commercial Team: Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure timely and accurate execution of distributor changes, adhering to business guidelines and protocols.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and seasonal profiles to identify opportunities for demand planning and optimization.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the management of all shipments and cost per case to market, ensuring timely delivery to customers and compliance with HMRC regulations.
  • New Product Introduction: Support the commercial and marketing teams in the introduction of new products, ensuring alignment with business requirements and minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing to support operational performance.

Requirements

  • Export Coordinator Experience: Proven experience in export coordination, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and commercial team support.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative and proactive approach, with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to service enhancements.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French is a desirable asset, but not essential.
