About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Support: Provide exceptional customer service to our distributors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Distributor Management: Manage and maintain relationships with our distributors, ensuring that they have the necessary support and resources to meet their business needs.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and seasonal profiles to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders daily, ensuring compliance with commercially agreed terms of sale and recording on our ERP system.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Manage all shipments and cost per case to market, ensuring delivery to customers on time and in full.
  • Documentation: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely documentation to customers, ensuring compliance with customs clearance requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Minimize excess and slow-moving stock in line with agreed targets and turns.
  • New Product Introduction: Support and manage new product introductions in line with commercial and marketing requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain professional and productive relationships with third parties and ODCs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support operational performance and ensure accurate and relevant information is shared in a timely manner.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain a proper process framework and detailed process documentation with the appropriate governance structure.
