About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorise mechanical and tyre requests from our centres, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with our centre teams to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre strategies, driving business growth and improvement.
