Our client, a multi-award-winning organisation based in Elland, is seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join their finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of sales invoices, as well as managing key financial contact relationships and credit control.

This is a permanent position, with excellent benefits and parking on site. The salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales invoices from income stream data on Sage200
  • Manage key financial contact relationships in respect of sales ledger accounts
  • Credit control to ensure cash inflows meet contracted terms and any associated debt recovery
  • Month-end reconciliation of sales invoices raised to track business unit income reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
