Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Location: Halifax

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team at Kemp Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Rental and Repair & Maintenance contracts for Special Vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to manage workload independently and under pressure.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Senior Contracts Controller and Rental and Sales Operations Manager.
  • Managing customer accounts as per contracts, including obtaining purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Administering contracts accurately, including creation, signatures, and updates.
  • Maintaining vehicle administration and Service Level Agreements.
  • Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate contract figures.
  • Monitoring and reviewing contract reports, collaborating with colleagues for consistent reviews.
  • Providing comprehensive contract knowledge and managing workload efficiently.
  • Collaborating with departments on projects and handling customer inquiries professionally.
  • Undertaking projects as needed to support business objectives.
