We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front of House Lead to join our dynamic team at North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust.

This is a challenging and rewarding role, with an estimated annual salary of £33,500 - £41,900, working full time (37 hours).

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front-of-house reception team, delivering exceptional patient care and experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & Supervision:
    • Provide strategic leadership to the front-of-house reception team, driving operational excellence and improving patient satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement effective succession planning, ensuring continuity and smooth transitions.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Develop and maintain effective systems and processes to manage patient appointments, registrations, and correspondence.
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services, improving patient flow and reducing wait times.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, promoting best practices and shared learning.
  • Health and Safety Compliance:
    • Embed a culture of safety and risk awareness throughout the front-of-house team, promoting a proactive approach to minimizing risks.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, protecting patient confidentiality and data security.
