Role Overview: Reservations Consultant

Are you adept at utilizing your interpersonal skills, professionalism, and telephone etiquette in a pivotal role within a prestigious luxury hotel? As a Reservations Consultant at Rocco Forte Hotels, you will play a vital role in managing accommodation inquiries, converting them into bookings, and ensuring all reservations are accurately recorded in our system.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling all accommodation inquiries
  • Converting inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Inputting bookings into the system
  • Modifying or canceling reservations as needed
  • Assisting the Reservations Manager in maximizing room sales at optimal rates
  • Addressing general guest inquiries and resolving challenges professionally

Your background in hospitality and familiarity with property management systems will be instrumental in ensuring guests feel valued and informed about their options.

Previous experience in a similar capacity is essential. You should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and excellent computer proficiency. A polished telephone manner, characterized by a commitment to seamless service delivery, is crucial. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask are also required.

Your role will enhance the experience of every potential guest from their initial contact through to their departure, ensuring that all interactions with our hotels are executed flawlessly. You will be responsible for managing reservations for our two UK hotels.
