Inventory Coordination Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proactive Inventory Analyst to join our team at Beavertown Brewery. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating inventory movements and transfers between locations, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

You will work closely with our 3PL Stock & Systems Manager to oversee proactive inventory coordination between Beavertown and its 3PL partners. This involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize stock management processes and systems, ensuring stock levels are maintained for 100% OTIF.

You will be responsible for monitoring and managing 3PL stock levels, ensuring accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations. You will also help build reports to unlock information that facilitates data analysis, enabling insights that drive improvements in efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data and identify trends will be essential in driving process improvements and supporting strategic inventory decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inventory movements and transfers between locations, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and manage 3PL stock levels, ensuring accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations
  • Help build reports to unlock information that facilitates data analysis, enabling insights that drive improvements in efficiency and inventory accuracy

Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum based on location and experience
