Job Title: 3PL Inventory Analyst

Description: The 3PL Inventory Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing stock management processes and systems for Beavertown Brewery's 3PL partners. This position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stock levels are maintained for 100% OTIF.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage 3PL stock levels: Ensure accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Conduct weekly book-to-book reconciliations: Validate stock accuracy across systems, ensuring alignment between physical and recorded inventory.
  • Coordinate inventory movements: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Build reports and perform data analysis: Extract insights that drive process improvements and support strategic inventory decisions.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
