About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to join our team at Amazon Fulfillment Netherlands B.V. - O53. As a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our fulfillment operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor 3PL performance KPI metrics to contractual level
  • Produce weekly reports on KPI metrics and monitoring performance against this
  • Work with 3PL teams to resolve issues impacting the 3PL in Inventory Control or Quality, Shipping, Transportation, Inbound and Outbound
  • Perform site audits to identify risk at 3PL in terms of processes, buffer control, health and safety, site fullness or any improvement needed
  • Support Amazon departmental queries arising from 3PL site including Customer Services, Supply Chain, Retail, Transportation, After Market Services, and Retail Business Services
  • Trouble Shoot any systemic issues identified escalating to the relevant Amazon and 3PL team to resolve
  • Perform trainings or improvement on processes
  • Visit 3PL for audits, training and process improvement workshops

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in logistics, e.g. as a warehouse worker, auditor or process improvement specialist
  • Good computer literacy: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • B2 English and B2 Dutch proficiency
  • Ability to travel freely for business within the country (up to 50%)

Salary Estimate: €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience
